Sudeshna Sahu is a Research Associate at the Centre for Justice, Law and Society (CJLS), Jindal Global Law School. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Jindal Global Law School, where she graduated second in her batch (Silver Medal), and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Gargi College, University of Delhi. Her work lies at the intersection of constitutional law, criminal justice, and gender and caste equity, with a sustained interest in how law mediates structures of power and access to justice.
Her academic and research experience also spans digital identity and inclusion, data protection, and maritime law, alongside independent work on abortion rights and women’s legal agency.
